Alliance Boots today announces a programme to repurchase and/or repay all debt outstanding under its Subordinated Facility Agreement which it has not previously acquired.
This follows the recent extension of over £5.1 billion of existing senior syndicated loan facilities and the ongoing reduction in borrowings due to the Group‘s strong cash flow.
