Alliance Boots today launches its 2009/10 Corporate Social Responsibility Report for the year ended 31 March 2010. The report indicates the progress made across the Group during the year and highlights Alliance Boots key achievements in terms of corporate social responsibility activities. The Group’s framework of priorities covers four key areas: our community; our environment; our marketplace; and our workplace. These four areas are relevant to all our business activities and reflect the core values of Alliance Boots.
The Group’s strong commitment to ensuring that its business practices are socially, environmentally and economically sustainable is well-documented. By continuing to work responsibly and seeking to improve environmentally good practice through innovation and efficiency, Alliance Boots is making a substantial contribution to a sustainable future for its stakeholders.
