Walgreens Boots Alliance to Webcast Annual Meeting of Stockholders

DEERFIELD, Ill.--Walgreens Boots Alliance, Inc. (Nasdaq: WBA) will provide a live webcast of its fiscal 2014 annual meeting of stockholders beginning at 9 a.m. Central time (10 a.m. Eastern time) on Thursday, 28 May 2015. The meeting will be held at The Civic Opera House, 20 N. Wacker Drive, Chicago.

(Nasdaq: WBA) will provide a live webcast of its fiscal 2014 annual meeting of stockholders beginning at 9 a.m. Central time (10 a.m. Eastern time) on Thursday, 28 May 2015. The meeting will be held at The Civic Opera House, 20 N. Wacker Drive, Chicago.

The meeting’s webcast will be available through the Walgreens Boots Alliance investor relations website at: http://investor.walgreensbootsalliance.com. A replay of the meeting will be archived on the website for 12 months after the event.

In addition to the business meeting, Executive Chairman Jim Skinner and Executive Vice Chairman and Acting Chief Executive Officer Stefano Pessina will make brief presentations. They also will answer questions from stockholders in attendance after the formal meeting concludes. The webcast, including the business meeting, presentations and question and answer session, is expected to last for approximately one hour.
