January 5, 2022 - Walgreens Boots Alliance today announced that Omorlie Harris joined the company as Senior Vice President, Global Treasurer. Harris is responsible for leading the company’s global cash flow/financial management function, including arranging finance, investing finance and risk management.
Harris is an accomplished treasury executive having worked most recently as Vice President, Corporate Treasurer at VF Corporation – an American global apparel and footwear company - leading its global treasury organization since 2011. Prior to VF Corporation, she worked in the investment banking division at Bank of America as VP Equity Derivatives Sales.
Harris has also held similar roles at Merrill Lynch and JPMorgan Chase, specializing in equity derivatives and debt capital market solutions.
She earned her bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from Colgate University and an MBA in Finance from Yale University.
As a part of the Global Finance Leadership Team, Harris reports to James Kehoe, WBA EVP and Global Chief Financial Officer.
