Governance

We are committed to transparent reporting in all aspects of our business, including our ESG activities and goals progress. As we continue our transformation to a healthcare company, we are increasingly focused on health equity and ESG. Our ESG strategy is a key pillar of our purpose and is overseen by the WBA ESG Committee, which reports on a bi-annual basis to the WBA Nominating and Governance Committee of the Board.

Healthy Communities

Helping communities thrive by improving the health of our neighbors is at the heart of WBA. Whether we are investing in programs to support people living with health conditions or addressing availability of vaccines, vitamins or mental health services, we understand that it takes advocacy, collaboration and leadership to build healthy communities.
