May 21 is World Day for Cultural Diversity, a United Nations sanctioned international holiday for the promotion of diversity issues to help communities understand the value of cultural diversity. Ahead of this observance, Carlos Cubia, SVP, Global Chief Diversity Officer, sat down with Rajnish Kapur, Managing Director of WBA Global Sourcing, to talk about Kapur’s international career journey and how his cultural differences have had an impact on his work life.
