From deciding upon a name and decorating the nursery, to learning about bottles, diapers and strollers, having a baby is an incredibly exciting and special time. But it’s not just the new addition to the family who’ll soon be taking baby steps, it’s the parents too, as they learn to adjust to life with a little one on the way.

To help new and expectant parents navigate these early years of family life, Boots is delivering a brand-new baby and toddler experience by significantly reinventing and expanding its products and services. This multi-channel transformation follows a dramatic change in the ‘baby’ landscape over the last three years, with many ‘go-to’ retailers leaving the UK market. Now, WBA’s UK pharmacy-led, health and beauty brand has the ambition of being one of the biggest baby retailers in the UK.

Boots has also brought together two of the UK high street’s beloved brands through a partnership with Mothercare. With over two hundred years of combined experience, Boots and Mothercare have been helping families look after their children’s health and wellbeing for over two centuries and are set to lead the way in parenting.

For new parents, convenience is key, which is why Boots has launched ten Mothercare and Premium Nursery Zones in selected stores nationwide, beginning in November 2020.

Showcasing the latest and most popular products all under one roof, the new zones will also offer dedicated “Baby Help Hubs”, which will provide customers with 1 to 1 assistance and access to expert Boots advice. Not only will this help make shopping for babies easier than ever, but it will also help to create a welcoming and safe space for new and expecting parents.
